One of our members has reported “a polite conversation with a farmer with a pick-up and trailer going through the gate at the top of the track down towards the Torpantau tunnel. He, and others in the past, have had difficulty opening the gate due to there being buses parked on the downhill side of the cattle grid. It would seem that even parking by the grassy triangle can be an issue for them, and probably timber lorries as well. The request was that we all park buses in the Blaen y Glyn Uchaf (upper) car park and then walk our groups across.” This seems a reasonable request that shouldn’t inconvenience groups too much…
