Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority has received a complaint from a member of the public that “he had observed a [un-named] group getting changed roadside and they were not using shelters or ponchos etc, with the result that some flesh and underwear was observed.” Please take extra care to ensure your groups change discreetly, to avoid this sort of complaint.
