“We are instructed to market the 6.6 acre site of the former HMS Cambria, Hayes Lane, Barry CF64 5XU incorporating a variety of buildings constructed by the Royal Naval Reserves as a training facility. Hayes Lane is situated circa 4 miles to the South East of Barry Town Centre and the new Waterfront Development. The area is an established business location and is situated on the coast with views across the Bristol Channel to Somerset.
