“I was at Dinas rock car park on Monday the 6th of May and had just finished a gorge walk with a friend when one of the instructors from one of the groups that had been getting changed came and talked to me. He told me that they had a couple of members of the public peering over the top of the fences into the ladies changing room whilst there were people in there getting changed.”
