Over the next few days / weeks we are intending to migrate our online membership system from the LoveAdmin platform to one that is hosted directly on our own website (using a plugin called ARMember). We’re doing this to (hopefully!) simplify administration at our end as well as provide a single web ‘portal’ for Member services (including, in due course, membership payments and sign-up to concordat arrangements for the gorges and – fingers-crossed – Glasbury-Hay).

This system will treat corporate businesses/organisations differently to ‘individuals’ – so if your ‘main contact’ already has an account on our website (e.g. for accessing the online gorge training courses), your ‘provider’ account will be a separate, new one. The new system doesn’t allow two accounts to share a single e-mail address, so we may need to ask you for (or provide you with) an additional e-mail address, in which case we’ll contact you individually about this.

If you do try logging in when you receive the ‘Welcome’ e-mail, you’ll need to set a new password; and you won’t yet find much additional functionality on the site, although you should be able to check and amend your business/organisation details via the Member Profile Form. We’re still finalising the design of this form, so it may not show all the information we hold about you just yet, but do let us know if you spot any errors or have any problems logging-in. Thanks!
