PS SWOAPG Membership and Reservoir Passport Renewals now available

PS please make sure you login to the correct SWOAPG account when renewing your membership – for corporate members this will be your ‘business’ account, not your personal one used for training courses. If in doubt, drop us an email…

  1. SWOAPG Members can now renew their membership for 2025/6 (due on 1 April):
    1. Login to our website (opens in new tab);
    2. check and if necessary update your existing Membership Profile; then
    3. Apply for Membership – select the appropriate membership category, select your ‘payment gateway’ then press ‘submit’ and proceed to payment:
      • the ‘PayPal’ gateway allows payment either via your PayPal account (if you have one) or directly using a credit or debit card (although it doesn’t always seem to accept corporate cards); or
      • if you prefer to pay by BACS or invoice, please select the ‘other’ option – but please also e-mail coordinator@swoapg.com if you select this option, as we don’t get notified automatically!
  2. The 2025 gorge sign-up process isn’t yet available, but this will follow in due course (once you’ve paid your membership!).
  3. Bannau Brycheiniog Reservoir Passport holders may also now apply to renew their passports (due on 1 April) in the usual way (same price and details as 2024) – see Canoeing on Reservoirs – South Wales Outdoor Activity Providers Group.
      • NB we are in discussions with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority with a view to transferring management of the scheme to SWOAPG; however this will not take place before 1 April, so applications should continue to be sent to richard.ball@beacons-npa.gov.uk.
