A customer hit the tree in the middle of the river and pinned the boat to it. We managed to rescue the customer first and send them on their way with an additional canoe, which then gave us time to rescue the boat. We could only do this by pulling it out with my land rover winch. This tree poses a pretty serious issue! I am sure it is one of the trees that was under the Toll Bridge.
