Waterfall Country Gorge Users: Member Renewals Update / Reminder

Many thanks to those of our Members who’ve been busy updating membership records and paying fee renewals. We have now printed the first batch of this year’s (purple) ID cards and will be getting them into the mail very soon. You  can check whether you’ve made it through to this stage by visiting the table of registered users at Gorge Walking – South Wales Outdoor Activity Providers Group (as long as you’ve given us permission to publish your details). If you’re not listed there, it’s possible that you haven’t fully completed one of the steps listed below (or perhaps we’ve made an admin error with our new system!) –  please feel free to drop us an e-mail if you’re not sure what’s missing…

We have now completed the migration of data to our new membership system for existing members, who should all now renew their membership (due 1 April) as follows:

  1. Login to our website using your ‘provider’ account (for which you will have recently received a ‘welcome’ e-mail). NB Corporate Members, please don’t login for this purpose using ‘personal’ accounts, since these are intended just for accessing our online courses and the like – if you’re not sure which account to use, please drop us an e-mail.
  2. Check your details at Member Registration / Profile and amend as necessary.
  3. Visit Apply for Membership and select the appropriate membership plan and payment option (this page will also show your current membership status, where appropriate). NB the PayPal gateway doesn’t seem to like corporate cards, so if you have difficulty paying via this method just let us know and we’ll send you an invoice instead…
  4. Paid-up Full Members will then be able to visit the Gorges Signup Form; we expect to start sending ID cards next week, so please complete this ASAP!

NB please don’t update your details on the LoveAdmin system as we’re no longer using this for ‘live’ data and any changes made there may not make it through to the new system…

Any problems, please let us know…
