SWOAPG Membership and Gorge Access – update

Many thanks to those of our Members who’ve renewed your SWOAPG membership already – if any others of you need a reminder of how to pay, please let us know!

As we have already indicated, this year we are changing the gorge training requirements slightly, so that all Providers and Gorge-Leaders now need to review / refresh themselves on the requirements of the Codes of Conduct for gorge-walking in Waterfall Country – and we have just sent out separately the details of how to access this training.

If your business / organisation is a gorge user, you therefore need to complete this training yourselves (or a nominated member of your staff) on behalf of the business; AND encourage all your gorge leaders to do so before they next use the gorge(s) – all the information to access the training is in the following post on our website:

NB we will only be sending out 2021/22 Gorge ID cards (which will be ‘cream-coloured’ this year – valid from 1 April) once your business / organisation has confirmed on your membership record that you have completed the training and asked all your leaders to do so – so please don’t wait too long!
