KitSquad assists low-income people to get into the outdoors by supplying free, pre-loved kit and equipment. It’s the only nationwide scheme that supplies donated second-hand adventure gear to low-income individuals to enable them to get outdoors wearing or using the appropriate gear.
Individuals on means-tested benefits can apply for equipment via the website. Donations of kit including waterproof jackets and trousers, sleeping bags, rucksacks, tents, hiking boots and more, are also needed.
