Do you use the Bannau Brycheiniog Reservoirs?

Following last year’s workshops where we visited Pontsticill Reservoir and water treatment works, SWOAPG is looking to put together another ‘learning event’ with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water this winter. The aim this time will be to engage with a range of DCWW staff so we can learn more about the reservoirs themselves and how they’re managed – as well as general background from them about key water management issues affecting paddlesport users. We’d like to see as many as possible of the providers and instructors who regularly use the reservoirs, so to help us plan something that would attract you…

Please help us by letting us know (coordinator@swoapg.com):

  • Would you come along to (or send your instructors to) any of the following, if the timing worked:
    1. an evening online workshop;
    2. a lunchtime online workshop; or
    3. a daytime face-to-face workshop at one of the reservoirs?
  • Do you have any specific questions or issues with the reservoir(s) that you’d like to discuss with DCWW staff?
  • Any other relevant suggestions!
