Information from Brecon Beacons National Park Authority:
“The female changing area in the Cwm Porth car park is in urgent need of repair work. From today, Monday 09-07-18, with the help of our Princes trust volunteers we will be commencing with the urgent work that is required. We will be removing the screens that are currently in place and replacing them with a new structure. As a result the current female changing area will be unusable during dismantling and rebuilding operations, we envisage the work to take between 2 and 3 days.
“In the interim, groups using the site have two options:
- the site warden has made the back store room of the site building available for female changing; and /or
- please organise yourselves to share the use of the male changing area on a rotation basis with group leader supervision as deemed appropriate.
“Apologies for any disruption and inconvenience that the groups may experience as a result of the essential works being undertaken. Many thanks for your understanding and assistance with this matter.”
