This is an additional day of a first aid course where we will look at additional remote care along with catastrophic bleed management. These are two additional certificates. £75 as a stand alone or £180 to include the OFA course 6-7.

This Paddlesport Leader assessment is being conducted by myself with Llandysul Paddlers. £200pp including boat usage along with optional overnight accommodation. Day one will be on Usk Reservoir or the lower Teifi pending conditions, day two will be on the other venue.

This 16hr outdoor first aid course is based fully outdoors, with no power point, allows for full practical while being socially distant. Overnight camping/ Van options are available. £140 for an individual booking, £120 for bookings of more than one person.

This Personal Performance Award for Canoe is being run by myself with Llandysul Paddlers. From £90pp and is limited to 4 attendees including boat usage along with optional overnight accommodation. Day one will be on Usk Res, looking at fundamentals; day two open water skills; day three moving water skills.
