This Coach Award Core Training course is being run by myself and Jethro Moore with Llandysul Paddlers. £200pp including boat usage along with optional overnight accommodation. Day one will be in Llandysul.

A two day training course concentrating on horizontal cave systems including; Geology, Cave Development, Conservation, Group management, Weather, Hazard Awareness, Equipment, Basic Ropework. £160pp based in South Wales
