This Personal Performance Award for Canoe is being run by myself with Llandysul Paddlers. From £90pp and is limited to 4 attendees including boat usage along with optional overnight accommodation. Previously advertised as 11-13 Nov This is the new updated version of the White Water Rescue Technician, really worth while course for any white water user and great fun too! Drying room, class room, natural rivers and equipment hire if needed. £200, £250 with accommodation.

This 16hr outdoor first aid course is based fully outdoors, with no power point, allows for full practical while being socially distant. Overnight camping/ Van options are available. £140 for an individual booking, £120 for bookings of more than one person.
