This Personal Performance Award for Canoe is being run by myself with Llandysul Paddlers. From £90pp and is limited to 4 attendees including boat usage along with optional overnight accommodation. Day one will be on Usk Res, looking at fundamentals; day two open water skills; day three moving water skills.Â
