Apologies for unexpected payment reminders

It seems that our online membership management system, LoveAdmin, has been sending membership payment reminders despite our promise not to hassle Members for payment during the Covid-19 lockdown. Please accept our apologies for this oversight – and please feel free to ignore any further reminders for the time being. Despite what the automated e-mails say, Members will not currently be ‘downgraded’ if they don’t pay within 30 days.

On the other hand, if you are now able to pay your Membership fees, we would be extremely grateful, since we are continuing to incur costs to represent the interests of our sector and keep you all informed in these difficult times (and we currently expect to run out of funds around the end of the year if we don’t receive more income).
