We’ve been advised by our counterparts in Pembrokeshire that “there has been the decision that licensing of [coasteering] providers [using National Park and National Trust sites in Pembrokeshire] is the only way forward. We do not know much yet, but understand that it would be for coasteering only and not wider activities, and the approach from the NT will likely be a Wales wide one“. Those of you who operate coasteering in Pembrokeshire will already be aware of this, but it sounds as if it might also be coming in due course to National Trust sites in our own region.
