Rock movement and Tree Fall at Porth yr Ogof

From Dave Thomas, Call of the Wild:
Please be aware that there has been significant movement of the block on the access route on the far side of the river, this has obviously been caused by the recent snowfall where the weight of the snow has dislodged the tree that was next to the block (which is now laying in the river) causing the block to slide sideways and in the process close the narrow access slot previously used by many.
Currently the rock feels pretty solid but we were not prepared to risk going below it. There is also a lot of rockfall just to the left of this area again being caused by tree fall.”
