We have received notification from the Wye & Usk Foundation that, although the Abercamlais bridge has now been repaired (the cause of the current ‘closure’ following flood damage a couple of years ago), the access point at Sennybridge from the Farmers’ Market car park (behind the Red Lion pub) remains closed pending negotiations with the landowner.

We have been advised that “paddlers starting reusing it are very likely to result in permanent closure” – so please could Providers respect the landowner’s wishes and avoid using this access point for the time being. As soon as we know more, we’ll let you know…
